Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a company located in Portland, OR to identify a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team’s goal of attracting and hiring a high-quality diverse workforce. This work will include supporting the recruiters in the coordination of all aspects of the candidate experience while interviewing with the company. The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to model the company’s core values.

Your Role:

  • Schedule and coordinate phone interviews, video interviews and in-person interviews and coordinate candidate travel Creates and posts new requisitions
  • Track and document candidate communications and process in the ATS
  • Process candidate expenses for reimbursement
  • Support recruiting events (job and career fairs)
  • Partner with the recruiting and hiring team to enhance the interview experience for candidates at each step in the interview cycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring teams and candidates
  • Manages preboarding workflow screenings (drug test, references, criminal background check and employment verification)
  • Schedule new employee orientation, facility tours and orientation
  • Update team on candidate progress throughout the recruiting process
  • Other duties as assigned

You Bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a recruitment support role
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work while maintaining the highest quality
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations while maintaining composure
  • Much be discrete and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests, candidates and deadlines
  • Ability to make decisions and problem solve in the moment based on shifting priorities
  • Ability to be proactive in seeking to contribute and improve efficiency in all areas
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars

Compensation: $24-$26 per hour
