You bring:
- 6+ years of experience in full lifecycle in-house corporate recruiting is required.
- Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (or other job boards) and Workday are required.
Role: The Recruiter will manage the sourcing, recruitment, and selection process for assigned functions/regions. The role reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources. Perform full lifecycle recruiting and the creation of appropriate strategies and action plans for niche areas to include but not limited to informational technology, marketing, finance, legal, human resources, operations, veterinary affairs, corporate affairs with a focus on securing top talent for the company while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The ideal candidate has a natural sense of urgency, is flexible and collaborative.
