You bring:
- 2+ years administrative experience in manufacturing environment
- Purchasing experience required
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in key inventory performance metrics, demand management, and forecasting tools
Role: The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in supporting functions related to the life cycle of purchasing goods and services within supply chain. This includes managing workload to create efficiencies and reduce costs, creating strategic opportunities that support growth and enhance the customer experience. As the Purchasing Specialist, you will report directly to the Sourcing and Procurement Manager and the Purchasing Category Manager, Indirects and Buyouts. The ideal candidate is personable, able to multitask is a fast-paced environment, and a proven problem solver.
