Office Administrator

You bring:
- 3+ years’ administrative and accounting assistant experience with some event planning
- Must have superb attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Must have strong understanding of how to gracefully interact with various external international contacts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Associate degree required, Bachelor degree preferred
Role: This role requires handling of basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintenance of financial records. You will coordinate office supplies, make travel arrangements, and assist with international documentation and shipping. As the Office Administrator, you will report directly to Vice President and Director of the West Coast office. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, proactive, and works well within a small team.
