Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a large equipment manufacturer, in Hillsboro to identify an HR Manager for their leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring high-level HR skills, a strong ability to multitask, excellent problem-solving strategies, and experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is conveniently located within walking distance of MAX light rail.

The role: 

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be an integral part of the organization’s leadership team. You will lead areas including performance management and employee development, training, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR policy development. Your partnership with managers and their teams will help to increase productivity and retention, navigate employee relations issues, and oversee programs that work to engage and develop employees.

The ideal candidate:

You bring a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, 6+ years of HR experience with 2+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You are flexible, able to work independently, and a strong multitasker. In depth and practical knowledge of HR policies and laws including FMLA, Leave of Absences, and other relevant HR related laws is required.
