Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client in Central/SE Portland to identify an HR & Office Manager for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity. As the HR & Office Manager for this creative agency’s Portland office in Central/SE, you will support the organization’s people initiatives and work to foster a positive (and exceptionally well-run!) office environment.

The role:

As the HR & Office Manager, you will play a key role in the following HR areas: recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HRIS administration. Your office management responsibilities will include maintaining office policies and procedures, ordering all office equipment, vendor and contract management, planning social celebrations and company events, and coordinating the reception area.

The ideal candidate:

You bring several years of combined HR and office management experience, ideally in a start-up environment. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills are unmatched, setting you up for success in this role where the ability to work without direct supervision is key. In addition, you bring strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, 365, and SharePoint. Most importantly, you are a solid team player with a can-do attitude who will fit right in to the organization’s solid culture.
