Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client in Clackamas, a global manufacturing organization, to identify a Senior HR Director. In this integral role, you will be responsible for directing the day to day functions of the organization’s Human Resources department. Extensive experience within a manufacturing environment is a requirement of the role.
The Role: You will report directly to the VP/GM and partner with business leadership to ensure that overall business objectives are achieved through proper planning, development, and implementation of HR initiatives. Your primary duties will include championing safety and compliance, partnering for strategy development, advising leadership on organizational development, and assessing and fixing organizational gaps. You will also administer job evaluations, drive employee engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster overall positive employee relations.
The Ideal Candidate: You have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 7+ years of progressive HR leadership positions, and manufacturing experience. You have a knowledge of employee relations, legal compliance, coaching, and development. You are a natural leader, obtain results through others, are approachable and collaborative, and work well in ambiguity. You are a champion for both the employees and the organization.
