HR Business Partner

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 per year
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- 5+ years of professional human resource administration, including two years in employee relations preferred OR its equivalent through training, education, and other experience
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, HRIS systems and federal and state respective employment laws, and recruitment
- Full cycle recruiting experience for a variety of roles, both hourly and salary. Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for high demand roles.
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems preferred
Role: The HR Business Partner position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. HRBP champions and drives HR initiatives to both managers and employees across the business units. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. The HRBP will work with the other members of the HR team to work toward operational goals while maintaining quality and efficiencies. Position reports to the Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is adaptive, tactful, and organized.
