Director of Tax

Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 annually
You bring:
- 10 years of tax and director/lead experience
- CPA required, MS in Taxation preferred, JD a plus
- Experience with acquisitions and due diligence is required
- Public company experience a plus but not required
- Experience with a private equity owner preferred
Role: In this role, you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of tax compliance and treasury functions including leadership and development of the supporting teams for the organization as well as the parent holding company. This position will lead the design and implementation of tax and treasury policies and strategies and contribute as a key member of the finance leadership team. This position is a critical business partner to the CFO and other senior executives. A successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of the company, anticipate issues and opportunities that lie ahead, and advise on strategies to evolve the business.
