Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a financial services company, in Camas, WA to identify a temp to hire Corporate Recruiter for their team. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience in IT, Finance, HR, legal, and/or marketing.
This is a temp to hire role with a 6 month probationary contract period. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process. This includes sourcing, prescreening, intake-meetings, onboarding, coordinating interviews/travel, and debriefs. Additional duties include but are not limited to, partnering with the HRBO and hiring managers on roles, designing and executing recruiting strategies, keep up to date with HRIS data, and making sure to regularly manage pipeline activity.
The ideal candidate:
You bring 5+ years’ experience of full cycle recruiting experience. You have experience and success working in a corporate environment and are able to work independently in a remote setting. You have experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring, and strong general recruiting skills. Recruiting experience in IT, Finance, and HR, are a plus.
