You bring:
- 5+ years of experience, trust or fudiciary experience is preferred
- BS / BA Preferred; or relevant experience
- Full cycle accounting and GAAP experience required
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient within Excel
Role: The Controller will work closely with the CFO, CEO and VP of Human Resources to execute day to day accounting functions in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Compliance, and general company administration. This person will oversee 1 direct report. They will be a part of the HR and Accounting team and work closely with the IT team as well. This position will guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is personable, approachable, team oriented and wants to add value to the organization.
