The role: 

As the compensation manager, you will lead and serve a thriving team supporting a variety of functions from benefits to payroll and HRIS on a global basis. The Compensation Manager will have three direct reports (payroll specialist, HRIS analyst, and HR administrator). You will create and execute a comprehensive rewards program and serve as the main point of contact for all job architecture, including job profiles, levels and job titles. As the Compensation Manger, you will review global market compensation data, salary surveys, and compensation trends to drive creative programs and ensure the company’s pay strategy is competitive, aligned to business needs, and supports informed decision making.

The ideal candidate:

You bring 5+ years compensation and benefits experience, 2+ years leading experience, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Certification as a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and PHR/SPHR desired. You have a demonstrated knowledge of global compensation and benefits programs, practices and related applicable laws. You have experience utilizing Work Day, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
