You bring:
- 3 or more years Accounts Receivable or other related experience on the job
- Experience navigating customer portals for AR payments and cash apps
- ERP is a plus, JDE AR Module, Tier one ERP (aka Oracle or SAP)
- Proficient working with Excel and Word
Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist is tasked with overseeing billing operations and processes to ensure collection of account balances. They will Manage customer relationships and process accounting sub ledger transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This role reports to the Assistant Controller. Responsibilities will include billing for invoiced orders, supporting collection efforts, and reviewing account discrepancies. Strong communication and project management skills are required.
