Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client in the Pearl District to identify a Payroll Accountant & HR Specialist for a direct-hire, full-time role. In this role, you will be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll and HR duties including onboarding, coordinating benefits, employee recognition programs, and more.

The role at a glance:
As the Payroll Accountant & HR Specialist, you will process semi-monthly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, maintain accurate payroll journey entries and required documentation, perform reconciliations, participate in benefits administration, assist with the recruitment process, conduct onboarding, maintain personnel files and the employee handbook, and participate in the administration of the organization’s compensation program.
The ideal candidate:
As a requirement of the role, you bring 2+ years of payroll, accounting, and HR experience, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. You are incredibly organized and focused, with a proven history of meeting deadlines with impeccable attention to detail. In addition, you have solid technical skills and experience with automated accounting and payroll systems.
