Salary: $66,000 – $80,000
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience and bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Deltek Vision software is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Architecture, Engineering and or Professional services knowledge preferred
Role: General Accounting responsiblities including AR/AP, invoicing, account reconciliation, banking/cash management and collections. The role will manage monthly and quarterly tax filings as well as manage payroll, payroll taxes, benefits, deposits. This person will also manage finacnial statements and year-end tax prep. This role will include some general office admin tasks such as equipment leases, business insurance, supply ordering, cell phones etc. They will also manage engineer licensing management and report directly to the owners of the company. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, and maintain confidentiality.
